Subscription
How does a subscription work?
With a Dressr subscription, you can rent our pieces for an unlimited time. No fixed return dates, no limits.
Simply choose the number of slots you’d like and your preferred billing cycle, and enjoy an endless rotation of new looks.
What are slots?
Dressr subscription plans range from 2 to 8 slots. These slots are used to rent items.
Basic pieces = 1 slot
Premium pieces = 2 slots
You decide how to use your slots each time. For example: with a 4-slot plan, you could rent 4 basic pieces one time, 1 premium and 2 basics the next, and then 2 premium pieces after that.
How can I tell if it's a premium item?
Premium items are labeled with a crown icon.
To rent premium items, you must have a subscription with at least 3 slots.
Users with a 2-slot subscription are not eligible to rent premium items.
What is included with a subscription?
All subscription plans include:
- Free shipping (BE only)
- Repairs & cleaning
- Flexible pausing and cancellation options
- Flexible upgrade and downgrades during your subscription period
- Invoice sent to your inbox after each payment
When do I need to swap my pieces?
You can keep your pieces as long as you like and return them when you’re ready. Whether that’s one at a time or all together, it’s up to you. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll email you to let you know your slots are free again. This usually takes 1-2 days.
If you’re ordering from outside of Belgium, please let us know which items you’ve sent back ONCE the items are at Bpost / PostNL so we can open the slots up.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be automatically billed at the start of your chosen billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually). The billing period is not related to how long you keep the pieces for.
10 day rental
How does a 10-day rental work?
You can rent any piece for 10 days, without a subscription.
Your rental starts the day after it’s delivered (to your home or pickup point). Just send it back on day 10 using the return label included. Easy!
I forgot to send a piece back on time, what happens now?
If your item isn’t sent back on day 10, your rental will automatically renew for another 10 days. This will keep going until we get them back. Can’t return on time? Let us know at hello@dressr.be.
How much does shipping cost?
10 day rental in Belgium:
Shipping only €6,50 (in case of drop off at Dressr)
Return only €6,56 (in case of pick up at Dressr)
Shipping & return €13,06
10 day rental in the Netherlands:
Shipping only €8,11 (in case of drop off at Dressr)
Return only €8,91 (in case of pick up at Dressr)

Hygiene, cleaning & repairs
Where does Dressr get its pieces from?
All pieces are brand new when we receive them from our partnering brands. They will only be worn by Dressr renters and are professionally cleaned and quality-checked between each cycle.
How does Dressr clean items?
Every piece is professionally cleaned between renters. We avoid dry cleaning when possible due to harsh chemicals, but use it when needed. After cleaning, items are safely packed so they arrive fresh and ready to wear.
Do I need to wash my items?
If you’d like to wash your items you can according to the label, however, you don’t have to.
What happens if I damage an item?
Broken zipper, missing button, small rip or tear? Our team of pro’s can fix 98% of damages plus we’ll cover costs.
In the rare case (just 2% of the time) where the damage can’t be fixed, the renter will need to buy the item. But don’t worry, our team will do everything they can to bring it back to its best so you can keep enjoying it after purchase.
Can I hem, lengthen, tailor or otherwise alter an item?
No, altering rental pieces isn’t allowed. If you do, you’ll be charged the full Dressr price of the item.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all of Belgium and the Netherlands. Based in France, Germany, Spain or Italy? Join our mailing list to be the first to know when Dressr is coming to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Belgium
Subscription: shipping & return is included with all Dressr plans.
10 day rental:
- Shipping only €6,50 (in case of drop off at Dressr)

The Netherlands
Subscription: shipping & return €5,65.
10 day rental:

How long does shipping take?
For Belgium, order by 10am for next business day delivery.
For the Netherlands orders can take between 2-4 business days.
How can I track my delivery or return?
You can track your package using the tracking number included in your shipment confirmation email.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
No, we are currently unable to ship to a PO Box.
Can I pick up my items?
Yes, you can pick up your items in the showroom, simply plan when you’ll drop by.
My item doesn’t fit, can I return it?
If a piece doesn’t fit as expected, you can send it back. Use the card in your package to note the reason for the return. Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll let you know you can select a new one.
Purchasing pieces
What if I fall in love with a piece? Can I buy it?
Yes! To purchase a piece from your dressr, go to your account and select ‘Purchase’ next to the image of the piece. You will be charged the Dressr price minus a reduction linked to your subscription or the 10 day rental fee you paid.
If you have changed your mind about a piece after sending it back, all you need to do is to rent it again. Once it’s rented, you’ll be able to purchase it.
As you’ve already had the opportunity to wear and enjoy the piece, all purchases are final sales and cannot be returned.
Payments & accounts
What payment methods do you accept?
Dressr accepts Bancontact, credit cards, KBC/CBC Payment button, Belfius Direct Net, and eco-cheques*.
*Eco-cheques can only be used for 10 day rental and to purchase pieces from Dressr.
Why am I not receiving emails from Dressr?
If you’ve rented something and haven’t received an email from us, please check your spam folder. If you find our email there, add Dressr as one of your contacts. If not, please feel free to contact us at hello@dressr.be.
