How it works

Dressr is an online rental subscription service that provides fashion items. As a member, you can choose to purchase the items.

To use Dressr you register and subscribe to a membership. To register you visit our website https://dressr.be/ and click on the ‘my profile’ icon. After registering, you can subscribe to a membership. Dressr offers three memberships. After choosing the membership that fits you best, you will be asked to provide payment information. After adding all the information, you will receive a confirmation and as from then, you pay a monthly fee, as long as you keep using Dressr service. You must be 18 years of age or older to register as a member and use the Services and you must reside within Belgium.

You can. If you want to keep any items, just log in to your Dressr Account to purchase them so we know they’re not making the return trip. You will be able to select a new item as soon as the transaction is confirmed.

Yes, you can replace an item with another item on the Platform, after 25 days. When receiving your order, we start counting. After 25 days, you have the option to send back 1 or more items. The shipping is free, if you use the return ticket that Dressr has provided in your package. Dressr received the item(s), performs a quality check. If Dressr approves, we open up the possibility for you account to pick new items on the Platform.

The objective of Dressr is to make it possible to enjoy fashion in a responsible way. Would it be very responsible if we would send packages back and forth every day? We don’t think so 🙂 We limit the CO₂ emission as a result of transportation as much as possible in our service model.

Subscription & Billing

As a Dressr (subscription) member, you have the choice between three memberships: you are able to rent 2 essential items for 39 euro per month, 3 basic or 2 basic and 1 exclusive for 59 euro per month and 4 basic, 2 basic and 1 exclusive or 2 exclusive items for 79 euro per month.  You will be automatically billed every 30 days for your chosen plan from the initial date that you signed up for Dressr. Because your account renews every 30 days, there is no limit on the amount of time you are able to keep your items for.

No additional fees or hidden charges. You are responsible for damage to an item. You are liable for loss and damages to the product. You have to inform Dressr in writing of any loss or damage to the products without delay.

Minor damages (removable stains, regular wear and tear) will be notified upon receipt of the fashion items and will not be charged.

Major damages that are repairable will be charged the price of repair.

Non-repairable damages (non-removable stains and rips beyond repair) will be charged the Dressr price of the Product.

Dressr accepts Bancontact, creditcards, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net.

Purchasing

You can. If you want to keep any items, just log in to your Dressr Account to purchase them so we know they’re not making the return trip. You will be able to select a new item as soon as the transaction is confirmed.

To purchase an item from your current Dressr, go to my order history and select “Buy It” below the item and you will be charged the Dressr price linked to the item. Keep in mind that items purchased from your Dressr are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you changed your mind about an item after sending it back, all you need to do is add it to your next Dressr to rent again. Once it’s rented, you’ll be able to purchase it.

Shipment & Returns

All Dressr orders ship via bpost on business days (Monday through Friday). Once your order is placed, you can expect up to two business days for processing, and up to two business days for delivery. Orders are shipped, except for certain oversized items, in reusable Dressr bag. We are not currently able to ship outside Belgium or to PO Boxes.

You are able to save one shipping address within your account at a time. If you need to update it, head to the Profile section of My Account, select on “Edit” next to the Shipping Address section and enter your new Shipping Address. Our system will then confirm and save it within your account.

You can track your package right from My Order history or use the tracking number included in your shipment confirmation email. 

Free shipping and returns for your Dressr are included in your subscription. We provide a return label in your package, the shipment is only free if you use this return label.

Cleaning & Repairs

Dressr utilizes wet and dry cleaning, depending on the garment. After the cleaning process, all garments are steamed, removing bacteria and viruses.

Yes, as long as you follow the care instructions as provided on the label of the item or in the item description of our Platform.

No, you are not allowed to hem, lengthen, tailor or otherwise alter any subscription items. If you do that, you will be charged the Dressr price of the item.

Pausing & cancelling

Send an email to hello@dresssr.be saying you want to pause your subscription. Dressr can only start the pause, after receiving and checking the quality of your items and as long as this has been processed before any new payment.
