Join the Dressr Team

We are Dressr: a Belgian startup founded in 2020 by Caroline Baeten, based out of the fashion capital Antwerp.

We believe that the relationship between fashion brands and consumers should work in a circular way, creating a positive impact on our planet and our society. We’re digitally transforming this relationship and we’re looking for talented people to help us build the future of fashion.

Take a look at our open positions.

At Dressr, we offer a unique and sustainable solution for fashion enthusiasts – the rental of locally designed, high-quality clothing and accessories. We believe in the power of fashion to make a positive impact, which is why all the items in the catalog are carefully curated from ethical and socially responsible sources.

Our platform enables customers to discover new styles and support their community’s creative talent. By choosing rental instead of traditional purchasing, customers can enjoy the latest trends without the burden of ownership, reducing waste and promoting a circular fashion economy.

By joining our team, you’ll be part of a movement that is transforming the fashion industry, fostering a culture of conscious consumption and promoting local design talent. Together, we can build a future where fashion is both stylish and sustainable.
