About Dressr: Dressr is a rapidly growing company in the fashion rental industry dedicated to providing high-quality sustainable fashion rental. We are looking for a motivated Operations Manager to oversee and improve our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability as we continue to expand. This role will also include managing customer service interactions via chat and email and setting up processes to automate customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

  • Oversee the entire order process, including order picking and packing.
  • Support colleagues in social employment who handle packaging.
  • Ensure all items are consistently rentable by supervising repairs and cleaning.
  • Continuously improve order processing procedures.

 

Partner Relations:

  • Enhance and manage relationships with key partners such as Bpost, laundry services, and repair partners.
  • Evaluate current packaging methods and explore alternative solutions.

 

Process Improvement:

  • Implement and oversee a tracking system for all rental items in collaboration with an external partner.
  • Prepare for and implement a warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Continuously seek and apply process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

 

Data Analysis and Cost Management:

  • Conduct data analysis to gain insights into operational processes.
  • Perform cost analysis of operational activities and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

 

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via chat and email promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve order-related questions and problems.
  • Provide information about products, services, and order statuses.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or fashion industry (3-5 years).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and tracking systems is a plus.

About Dressr: Dressr is a rapidly growing company in the fashion rental industry dedicated to providing high-quality sustainable fashion options. We are looking for an enthusiastic Showroom Stylist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for fashion and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction and Styling:

  • Welcome customers by appointment and provide personalized styling advice for various occasions.
  • Assist active renters and potential new renters in selecting items from our collection.

Subscription Management:

  • Guide new customers through the process of starting a new subscription online.
  • Handle subscription upgrades or downgrades as needed.
  • Provide advice on subscription options and one-time rentals, addressing any customer questions about the Dressr offerings.

Order Management:

  • Receive and process returned items from active renters.
  • Pack new selections for customers and add them to their digital accounts.

Showroom Maintenance:

  • Organize and manage stock to ensure availability and accessibility of items.
  • Keep the showroom fresh and organized, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Customer Experience Improvement:

  • Develop and implement better customer flows in the showroom, such as creating boards with QR codes and how-to guides to help customers create their accounts.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience in the showroom.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing events and workshops for renters.
  • Help set up and manage pop-up concepts to promote Dressr.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for fashion and styling, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a strong ability to provide personalized service.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic digital literacy to manage online subscriptions and customer accounts.
